American Idol 2011 – Ashthon Jones

Ashthon Jones is a Valdosa, Georgia native who currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. Already touted as this season’s Diva, she says that it’s not really about being a “diva” more than it’s about showing your vocal range and showing America who you truly are. She is determined to stay true to who she is, regardless of some of the negative feedback she got from the judges on her performance in the Top 12 competition. She’s love to cover Patty LaBelle, Diana Ross, Heart, but Beyonce is out of the question. She’d also like to do some Usher, particularly an older song.
