  So, rumor has it that Lauren Alaina will be giving a concert in Coolidge Park in Chattanooga TN on Saturday from 10-3 and then will be in a parade in Ft. Oglethorpe GA around 3:30. So I’m assuming I’ll be at at least one of these places stalking in the name of “reporting”!

  Every week James stayed out of the final 3. He was consistently great. Excellent performances. What the f***????? He had rock star written all over him. I hope he becomes famous like Adam Lambert, and the rest just go away. James has a beautiful family and personality.

  My fave was Casey he wasn’t just a singer he was a musician and he had personality to boot…total package. James could sing but he was cocky and while Haley does back talk she is very talented she just needs to learn to take criticism and use it to better herself. Lauren started great but really has not shown her true vocal talent until recently she was skating by on her smile. Scotty is adorable and even though I don’t listen to country I like him. Scotty and Haley are my faves

  What is wrong with this American Idol- Its the voting more than once that is completely unfair!! James Durbin was DEFINETLY the very best performer. He showed his versatility in every performance and gave it his all. Here is a guy who wanted to follow his dream and “didn’t stop believing” he could do it despite his condition. We failed him! I know that he will reach the top like Chris Doughtry…These losers are winners and I wish him all the best!!!!

  I hope Scotty wins, now that James is gone. Haley reminds me of a screaming Joan Biaz, Lauren is too shy and emotional (boo hoo) James should of won, but think because of the way he dresses and sings alot of heavy medal!!! This is kind of a rap age. Which I don’t see how they classify it as singing! I was hoping James would get to go to his hometown with the show, but don’t give up James u are going to make it big I feel, cuz look at some of the past winners, who’s heard from them?   Scotty is a great kid, no doubt,but…..the kid with the best talent,by far, was James Durbin. This kid will become a superstar. In all of the talent displayed on Idol over the years, this kid had them all beat. Fantastic range, dead on key and an amazing imagination when performing.

  Hope Haley wins. Of the three that are remaining, she has the most guts – going for songs that are new/relatively unknown. How does somebody like Lopez get off saying things like they should stick to really popular songs to win when after, if they can’t captivate people with new songs of their own, they will not succeed?

If you put into perspective that he’s only about 16, and his voice is already deeper than most country singers voices were at his age, its pretty incredible. this year is so hard to choose about who is the best…

  Scotty, he is good, but he does the SAME EXACT thing every week. He is only making it by the teen girl votes.

  James, he is good, but only when he hits the high notes. Has anyone else noticed how off pitch he is when he sings other notes. It actually makes my ears bleed some times. Like that time when he was crying while singing. That was just plain painful.

  The viewers are young teen girls.. if that tells you how the votes go. Look at the past idol season… it’s the young “cute” guys that win. FYI Daughtry was voted off 4th from last too.

  I think ALL of James votes are going to go toward Haley. So one of the country singers will go. THEN… most the “males” will like Haley better and quite a few women will vote for her as well… I’m guessing Haley.

  But I think they all have the potential of making it big if they find the right connections.

  For all of those who think Haley’s poor attitude and inconsistent singing should have knocked her out, you should all split your votes among Scotty and Lauren. For all of those who thought that James should have been at least in the top 3, and are as upset as me that Haley the poor attitude and poor singer should have gone home, please please PLEASE split your votes among Scotty and Lauren. Otherwise Haley, who should NOT be in the top 3, will end up winning. I am not a fan of James style of singing, but he was way WAY better than Haley, and very much a gentleman when the judges did give him criticism, which was rarely, instead of acting like Haley, who just complained and caused problems. I ask all James fans to watch one more week, split your votes by voting for either Scotty and/or Lauren, and show Haley that bad attitude and poor singing never win!

  Lauren is cute and sings okay, Scotty is boring and goofy and sounds like Randy Travis, Haley growls and has just lucked out! James was by far and hands down the strongest singer on idol so far. I cannot believe that he was voted off, and honest think the show is a joke now. I agree with those that have said that Pia, Casey and James were the talents on the show. I think Pia was voted off because of her beauty and possible arrogance, Casey acted weird when he sang but presented his talents weekly, especially his rendition of Nirvana, and James could sing anything. I think idol is a joke now, and only will watch the rest to see Steven Tyler.

  PEOPLE!! CALM DOWN!! This is just a contest! Doesn’t make any differnce who wins the title AI. All these people have been introduced to the music world. They all have met produers and even though they may not make it to the top, they will have a chance at a recording contract with somebody. Then whether they go on to “SUPER-STARDOM” will depend on how many people like and buy their records. They all are nice kids and honestly don’t deserve you out there saying horrible things about them, their looks, their action, or singing. After all……they must have done something right! They all ended up on this years show!!! I’m 62 and my vote is for Scotty. But whether he makes it to “the last contestant standing” doesn’t matter, he’ll have his shot at a career and if you don’t like him, no one will force you to buy his works. Good luck to the remaining three. But my vote is for a 17 year old young man who has more character than the people who wrote most of these comments!

  American Idol – What a load of CRAP. Come back Simon Cowell, all is forgiven!!! The Brits will control the American version of X-Factor and that will be some show guys. America, make sure you look and LEARN. Can’t someone do something about steve tyler’s face, and smelly hair? Makes me Sick.
