This weeks Theme on American Idol was Elton John. Since he obviously had such a variety of music, it should have been pretty easy for the contestants to pick a song they wanted to do. And do it well.
Scotty McCreery went with the song “Country Comforts” while playing guitar.

Who doesn’t love a country boy playing guitar? I’m sorry. That just makes me happy. But, the fact that he sang for his Grandma was just too sweet for me. Ugh. What do I know? I’m not a loving person.
Judges Thoughts…

Steven: “I love your voice and everything you do.”
Randy: “You are so in the zone right now; that song could be on your record.”
