Elton John as the Theme this week. I’m sure the contestants were pretty excited about that, seeing as how he has had so many songs. They had a huge variety of songs to pick from.
Naima Adedapo went with the song “I’m Still Standing” with her little Reggae-ness.
Cait’s Thoughts…
She does good with Reggae. A lot of people on Twitter seemed to think it was a good performance. Probably the best one she has done yet. But, still not that best thing I’ve ever heard on that Idol stage.
Judges Thoughts…
J-Lo: “I believe you should still be standing. But I’m not sure this song was suited for your reggae redo.”
Steven: “Boom shakalaka baby.”
Randy: “It kinda came off kinda corny.”

I absolutely LOVE Naima and her way of doing that song was incredible KEEP ON STANDING. I actually have a song called Stand Again so I completely understand I’m still standing!

She has been “BAD” with all performances, ? how she survived this long. Today’s song was the totally the WORST!! I’m certain she is a neat young woman though.
