A quick recap of last night…the people we didn’t like, James Durbin and Scotty McCreery, did the best, with Casey Abrams giving another memorable performance. Most of them crashed and burnt though, so if most of them go home, that’s totally cool. Jordan Dorsey’s “OMG” rendition was laughable and not “OMG” for Steven. I hope tonight is better.

Tatynisa’s voice is coming and going. Lots of pitch issues, but sometimes it sounds pretty, like I can finally see why they picked her. But overall, FAIL.

I never told you about Magoo’s. It was a bust. But, her dad was apparently there, and we gave the waitress my card, and there was a “Vote Lauren Alaina” sign there. Our friend took a few pics she said I could use if I wrote anything, but mostly we were just crowded in the worst seat possible and witnessed lots of underage-looking kids drinking and left quickly.
