Earlier in January, American Idol released its 2011 schedule, showing auditions would run a full four weeks this season. For all you, less than intelligent ones, THATS A MONTH! That means, this Thursdays episode would be the end of it all… or at least the auditions part of it. And Im sure we can all agree; the auditions have been less than great. I mean, I cant recall laughing once at someone horrible. They have only showed the good ones. For the most part. What happened to giving the bad ones their 15 minutes (or seconds) of shame? WTH IDOL?!
This Wednesday’s episode will be the last stop on the judges’ audition journey. Of course you’ll have to sit through two freaking hours of potentially painful Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars covers, but after that we’re finally going to Hollywood! Who is excited for this? I AM! Although I haven’t been impressed with who they showed making to it Hollywood. I’m thinking the world is running out of talent. Or the talented people have stopped breeding. AH!
I looked at the FOX TV schedule and the stupid thing says both nights this week are Hollywood week episodes, but I know that isn’t accurate, obviously. Then I looked at a different TV schedule and it says Thursday is Hollywood Week. So, basically, I have no clue if it’s TRUE that Hollywood week is early or not. But, I guess we’ll find out. I’m just sick of these auditions and hoping that if I just keep SAYING they need to be over, they will be.
Who else is ready for Hollywood Week? Actually who is ready for it to just get down to the competition?
