American Idol Vote Off Party Time. Booyah. C’mon, get excited. It’s the best part of the whole show. Minus the fact that they have to drag it on for 6 hours. But, as most of you guys know, 2 people had to go home this week. You can thank the judges for that who made the horrible decision to save Big Mike.
My picks to go home (before I found out) were Andrew Garcia and Siobhan Kitten Killer. Here’s my recap. Enjoy!
34 million votes came in this week. Is it just me, or are they NOT breaking records this year with the votes? So, in other words, people officially hate Idol. ‘Sept for us Idol n00bs. WE WILL BE FANS FOR LIFE! *Starts chanting*.
The contestants gave us yet another fabulous lip-synced performance. Only this week it was even better, because they did Elvis songs. And you know how much people LOVE to hear their favorite songs being ruined. Encase you didn’t catch it; I was being sarcastic. Aha-Aha. Mmkay, moving on.
The Ford Commercial was basically the contestants being hippies, and planting trees in the middle of the road for others to crash into. BUT, I’m sure those lovely Ford Fiesta’s have airbags. So, no worries children, keep crashin’.
Ohhh, the bloody Results:
Casey James – Middle Stage
Aaron Kelly – Middle Stage
Andrew Garcia – Middle Stage

I think poor Lee was crying. Which I would be too if I lost my boyfriend. I MEAN, roommate.
They showed Kara and Elliot Yamin doing a preview of Idol Gives Back, which they will be doing on the 21st of April. Can’t wait for that. =D
Oh, YAY. A performance by some Ex-Idols. Brooke White and this guy that was never on Idol. They sang. God, has she aged or what? I wasn’t a fan of it all, they seemed like 90 year olds. Meh… Her singing has improved though.
Well, back to some results. Since Casey and Aaron were safe, I was worried about who might be going. Because they both kinda suck, lets just be honest.
Ryan wanted the whole bottom row to go to the center of the stage.
Lee – Safe
Siobhan – Safe
Katie – Not Safe
Mike – Not Safe
Crystal – Safe
Tim – Not Safe
Out of those 3, who was going to go home?
We didn’t find out till after the fascinating Adam Lambert preformed his song, “Whadya Want From Me?”. Which has actually been doing good on the Billboard Charts. I still have a crush on him. I have no idea why. But, I figured out why I think this years contestants suck, none of them have any Lambertishness going on. There’s nothing exciting. His performance was all lazery and pimp as always. He stuck his tongue out a few times which I can’t stand, but that was probably just for Ryan.
FINALLY we got to see who was going home. Ryan sent Tim back to safety, so it was just Katie and Big Mike. But, who cares about them? TIMMY FTW! Thank you Vote4TheWorst people. You da manz, and womanz.

Katie Stevens gets voted off. Poor Jacob (a fellow idol fan/commenter here). I know that had to of bummed him out. It kind of did me too, because she’s young, and that has to be tough.
I think Big Mike just got the Sympathy vote. He’ll be gone soon enough.
But, next week Alica Keys is going to be the mentor. Yay? I was think Ozzy Osborn would be a good mentor, can you imagine? OZZY: “Heyy, ya ya ya, (enter some ozzy language here) ya ya ya. ma-ah-na-an, bah-ah-mono” – EPIC!

Big Mike is amazing. HATER. He’s an amazing singer, WAAAAAY better than Tim. No way is he winning or making an album. He’s boring and old fashioned. Yuck. He should have went home the first week. What week is this…and this is Tim’s first ‘good’ week? c’mon folks, lets be real.
Back to Big Mike. Amazing voice, amazing singer. I don’t understand why you’d want him gone. You must not be a fan of R&B.

Big Mike is great!! He won’t be the winner , (crystal has it in the bag) but he will be picked up by a record label with no problem!! But Tim, Aaron, and Shibon have GOT to GO!!!! There is NO albums being made there!! There definately aren’t any “performers” on the show this year, like Adam Lambert, but there are great singers that I definately cam hear being on the radio. I wish someone would breakout & give us a WOW moment performance.

Glad to see all you guys are Bike Mike fans (for the most part)… I just don’t like the sound of his voice. It’s not something I would listen too…

I’m not a “Big Mike” fan either. I don’t think he’s got a bad voice, i just don’t like the way he sings. I agree that he got the sympathy vote, i think he’ll make it a little while longer, and then he’s gone.

Ok so is this site a joke? I missed the end of the show last night and wanted to see the last person voted off. I see you have no purpose on this site but to bash the contestants. I dont mind the comments being from both sides but the person who writes the recaps should not be centered more towards one side of the story. How negative. I wont be using this site again!

At this point I don’t think there’s still one that actually sucks….there are some with awesome performances and some others with good performances….also it depends of the theme of the week.
Lots of people still loving Tim, even if he’s the weakest contestant (vocally). Lee is in the top 3 since he’s in the competition. At the beggining I thought Siobhan was also in the top 3….but at this point i think the spot is between Crystal and her. The other spot….still with doubts but it might be fulled by Casey if he start to improve his vocals with surprising moments….
I don’t know anyways I’m looking forward the next episodes…can’t wait! I’m from Peru and I also live there ….here the show is on Saturday’s night…so 4 nights delayed!! … I’m always looking on youtube and there’s where i can see the show

I loved Katie and FYI the only reason this site even is up on the internet is to crush the contestents…they have a dream and why do you think they made it this far, they can sing. I have my favorites (and not so favorites) but I would NEVER like it if I had people talking about me this way…get a life. It’s as if you only can talk about how “suckish” the contestants are. So negative!!! Still I loved Katie and I wish they hadn’t used the “save” on big mike and used it on Katie!!! Also… Kara + Casey “kidding” it’s just a joke… I’m sure Karas ticked about that joke!!! I’LL MISS U KATIE STEVENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think it should have been katie. shes a little young and is kinda the runt of the competion. but i did like her. i CAN’T STAND Aron Kelly. i SOOO want him 2 get voted off next. Katie is young, and I think she still has a chance to do something… I mean, she’s only 16, it’s not the end of the world for her.

Crystal Bowersox is the one to beat, IMHO! The ones who are left are all good, and there will be some of them who become successful even if they don’t win just like the others in previous seasons who didn’t win but sold records and are doing great!
