AMERICAN IDOL PARTY TIME AGAIN. Yes, I’m excited. Why? I have no idea. Maybe because Adam Lambert did the mentoring with “Elvis” week, this week. Hopefully he glamed up these really lame contestants.
Now, since it was Elvis week and all… isn’t this just asking for loads of Karaoke?
Oh, and random note. American Idol Judge, Ellen DeGeneres, is following me on Twitter. Cool, I know.
01) Crystal Bowersox
She sang, “Saved” or something.
Adam wanted her to go with the Electric Guitar. Which was all nice and sparkly. Meh, I think the back-up singers out did her. Which wasn’t cool. I think she still did good as always, but the music over powered her. The judges of course loved her.
Ryan: “What happens when Andrew Garcia sings Elvis?”
Um… he’ll suck like always? DING DING DING, we have a winner.
02) Andrew Garcia
He sang, “Hound Dog”.
*Starts jamming out*. But, not to the version Andrew did… Adam thought he was boring as hallz, and wanted him to add something to it. Well, he didn’t. He made it boring, and it was horrible. I hope he goes home. I really do. The old fashioned mic was kind of cool though. KIND of!
03) Tim Urban
He sang, “Can’t Help Falling in Love”.
O_O! I love when my major teenage-girlness comes out when I see him. Oh wait, I AM a teenage girl. BUT, STILL. I actually liked this preofmance. It was… sweet. The judges liked it too. But, Adam wanted him to do some high-pitched stuff, and Tim didn’t end up doing it. Thank god.
04) Lee DeWyze
He sang, “A Little Less Conversation”.
Adam wanted him to have more going on in his personality. He did okay. I wasn’t a fan of it, but at least he changed it up. The judges loved it, but we all knew they would. They all want him to smile more… But, when he smiles… it looks snarky.
05) Aaron Kelly
He sang, “Blue Suede Shoes”.
People think Lee sounds constipated? LMAO! Aaron sounded like someone was either strangling him, or he needed to poop. It was soooo karaoke. Adam liked it. Ewww!
06) Siobhan Magnus
She sang, “Suspicious Minds”.
Who had better hair, Adam or Siobhan? Those 2 together could totally start their own show on the Vegas Strip… some weird Goth, Emo thing. HER OUTFIT. OMG, I would totally wear something like that. I wasn’t a fan of her performance though. She sucks when she tries to hold back on her vocals. I like it with her screaming. The judges were not fans. Was Siobhan eating Simons face off with her eyes? She does NOT take criticism well.
07) Michael Lynche
He sang, “In the Ghetto”.
I have no idea what Adam said about it. But, it actually wasn’t that bad. I mean, his voice is still whiney, and annoying but it wasn’t bad. I was in high hopes he would be going home next week, but now I’m not sure. The judges thought it was his best, which it probably was. Meh…
08) Katie Stevens
She sang, “Baby, Whatcha Want Me To Do”.
She was singing it for the judges. No. That was no good. You know what I want from you? I want you to go home. K, thx. Her shirt reminded me of something Hoggle from Labyrinth would wear. She has a good voice though, but she might be going home.
9) Casey James
He sang, “Lawdy, Miss Clawdy”.
I didn’t actually watch this performance, and if I did – I don’t remember it. Oops. He was probably boring, and Kara probably loved him. Am I right, or am I right?
I think me and Jebbica with our crappy guitar playing skills, could do better than them. We are soooo starting a band. It will be called: “We Play Cheap Guitars Cuz We’re Cool”. Have any ideas for our Band’s name?
All together, they were not that good. The best was probably Timmy. And I’m being serious.
What’s next week’s theme? Let’s hope it’s not FUNK.
Adam Lambert will be performing tomorrow night.
What were your thoughts?

I was going to go with “Kill Your Idols” as our band name, but nope…looks like it’s already taken! I was thinking that was the name of a song, but it’s the name of a hardcore punk band. Maybe it could be called Simon-ized. I dunno. Got any better ideas?
