Introducing Simon 2.0 The Lighter Side of Simon Cowell

Each season of American Idol, no thing is a given or constant, the British Judge Simon Cowell is quick witted, and quick with a put down.

His verbal jabs have become legendary. Quotable, and even makes some cringe.

However so far on Season 7, the Idol producers have given us the new Improved Simon 2.0, that is likable, not mean spirited, and actually given constructive helpful criticism to those less talented, then the usual verbal assault of the past.

Are we get getting the producers Edited Version of Simon Cowell for American Idol Season 7, or have we actually upgraded to the new Simon 2.0 ?
