Syesha Mercado from Season 7 of American Idol is going to be joining Broadway for the musical “Dream Girls”. She will be playing the part of Deena Jones who was played by Beyonce Knowles in the movie. As we all know Idols Jennifer Hudson played Effie White in the movie and she did REALLY well at that.

Next thing you know, Syesha will be doing movies and winning awards. I remember her from the show and I know she has a really good voice. I never knew what happened to her though. It seems when all the past Ex- American Idol contestants don’t win the show, they go to Broadway, or BACK to Broadway.

Catch Syesha Mercado and the rest of the Dream Girls with their tour that’s starting November 7, 2009, and going till December 6th.

That was a good movie; I wonder what the Broadway show would be like?!

On the 29th of June American Idol is going to show a Special on the night the Top 13 Contestants did Michael Jackson Week. They have never done this before. As you probably guessed, it’s going to be a tribute to “The King of Pop”.

The one thing I will say is, DON’T TRY TO VOTE. Well, you can try, but it won’t work.

This may be good for the Top 13, since most of us forgot them (for good reasons), now they can be seen another time to get their name out there some more. Of course that is not what the Special is about. It’s about the passing of MJ who died on June 25th, 2009.

He was a unique dude that shrived to be white, I mean didn’t care if you were black or white, but I’m sure the Idols feel privileged to have done his music.

June 30th, 2009 the top 10 American Idol’s are putting out a CD. Oooh boy, I wonder how WONDERFUL that will be? X_x

It will be released exclusively in Wal-Mart. My Mom got my the CD from Season 5 and to this day I have absolutely NO idea why. It’s always the thought that counts…right?

It might be okay. If it didn’t have Lil Rounds, Michael Sarver, Anoop Desai, Matt Giraud and Danny Gokey singing on the Album, I would totally buy it.

I am SO glad they have Adam Lambert doing “Mad World”. One thing I don’t get is… why do they have Kris Allen doing “She Works Hard For The Money”? That was pretty good, but “Heartless” was far better and it’s not even a chick song. I don’t remember any of the other songs any of them sang. Notice they put that song that Kara Dioguardi co-wrote? O_O!

If you buy it and listen to it, let us know what you thought about it. Maybe it’s REALLY good.

One more thing, is it just me or does Anoop Dawg look like he has just smelt a skunks butt?
