American Idol Fan Site | Who got voted off American Idol

The controversy over the voting off of Chris Daughtry on 5-11-06 rages on. The net has been a buzz  with comments and suggestions, petitions and protest sites over Chris Daughtry eviction from American Idol.

Popular website Reality TV Magazine www.realitytvmagazine.com  had this to say:

Even though his fans are still angry, Chris Daughtry himself appears to be putting his elimination behind him.  While on the Live with Regis & Kelly, Chris Daughty told Kelly, “I’ve accepted my new beginning.”  Kelly said “We can’t move forward Chris, Ok,” to which Daughtry replied “We have to Kelly.”  Daughtry also denied rumors that he got kicked off the show because he already signed a record deal or because he signed with Fuel.  Daughtry insisted none of that was true.

This is the only season I have cared about or even watched regularly, BECAUSE OF CHRIS. I totally cried when they announced it. It makes me even more mad because I could not get thru to vote for Chris, I kept getting a busy signal. Unless they bring Chris back for a recount, I’m done watching. PS American an Idol isn’t just a great singer, they have to have the look and the personality.

please I voted for chris and I’m done with a american idol it’s not on the up and up for the best is gone. Again this was a setup and everyone knows it.

I agree with all of america in saying that Chris was and is by far the best singer this season. For him to be voted off puts way too much questioning in the voting and a possible fraud! All I can say is Chris getting voted off is total bullsh*t and everyone knows it!

Chris Daughtry is rumored to be in negotiations with the Rock band Fuel.  Idol-Mania,com broke this story back in March. Fuel was willing to buy out Chris’s AI Contract.  Chris Daughtry has a bright future ahead of him and has a good head on his shoulders, we the fans are upset, but his future stardom will shine brighter than an AI title.
