The American Idols got to sing some newer songs tonight. And by newer, of course, I mean not some old crap. It’s about time they let the songs sing something that our Grandparents didn’t listen to. As a matter of fact, the Theme for Idol tonight was 21st Century Week. I was really hoping for some Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Kesha and Rebecca Black. Oh damn, too bad it’s not Friday. But for now, Haley Reinhart choose “Rolling In The Deep” by Adele.
Cait’s thoughts…
I love this song. So much. And Haley didn’t actually do that bad. I’m shocked. I’m also glad she didn’t growl her way through the whole thing.
Judges thoughts…
Steven: “I thought it was a great performance.”
J-Lo: “It takes a lot of guts. It’s hard to make people forget about Adele, but you brought a little Haley to it.”
Randy: “I thought it was a great performance. Well done.”

This is great that you’re putting up all these videos so fast, but you accidentally put James’ video up in place of Haley’s.
