Meet the Greatest American Dog Judges
The new CBS Reality Show Greatest American Dog will air on July 10, 2008. The reality show competition will be run much like the reality show America’s Next Top Model with potential real “biatches” in the form of Dog Owners and their dogs as opposed to waffy wannabe runway models.
The judges for this canine conundrum will be canine critics Wendy Diamond, Allan Reznik and Victoria Stilwell.
Meet The Judges:
Greatest American Dog Judge Wendy Diamond is the founder and editor-in-chief the Animal Lifestyle Magazine and website Animal Fair. The magazine specializes on issues about fairness to animals and responsible breeding.

You may recognize Wendy Diamond from several TV show such as CBS’ THE EARLY SHOW, “The Today Show,” “The View,” “Fox News,” “CNN” and “Good Morning, America” in which she has had several appearnce with her dog Lucky. Judge Wendy Diamond also is currently a co-producer and host of Animal Planet’s Lucky Travels; and serves as the executive producer and host of the special Paws for Style.
Allen Reznik puts his 30 years in the dog business to the test as another Judge of CBS’ Greatest American Dog Reality TV Show. Allen Reznik’s dog related resume includes working with dogs as an owner, breeder, trainer, dog-show exhibitor, handler, judge and media commentator. Judge Rezink is currently editor-at-large for Dog World and Dog Fancy, and editor-in-chief of Dogs in Review.
“There is great chemistry among the three judges, and some very engaging dog-and-owner teams competing,” said Reznik in a statement. “The show will be fast-paced and entertaining, but informative as well, with the judges commenting on behavior issues and offering breed-specific advice.”
Victoria Stilwell is one of the worlds most recognized and respected dog trainers. Greatest American Dog Judge Victoria Stilwell is most recognizable as the host of the television series, “It’s Me or the Dog,”

Stilwell is the co-founder of Dog Trainers of New York, Dog Trainers of New Jersey and, most recently, Dog Trainers of Georgia. Victoria Stilwell has authored the following books, and .
She remains committed to helping the cause of animal rescue and is heavily involved with rescue groups around the world, including Paws Atlanta, Stray from the Heart (New York), Hong Kong Dog Rescue and Greyhound Rescue of West England. She supports the Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project, Jana Kohl, and the Waterside Action Group in their fight against the horrific practice of puppy farming. Stilwell is certified by the Animal Behavior and Training Associates and is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT).
Her dog-related writings have been published in numerous magazines and journals including The New York Times, Dog World, Dogs Today, Psychology Today and The Sun. She has appeared on countless talk and radio shows in the United States, Europe and Asia.
