American Idol Fan Site | Who got voted off American Idol

There is a very interesting article in the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine, which just so happens to be about Adam Lambert.  In it, he gives a pretty candid interview, revealing much more than just “I’m gay” (seriously, who didn’t know, and who cares?).  After reading it, I definitely feel like I like Adam much more than I did before.  He definitely seems like a nice guy and a fun person to hang out with.  Some actual shocking tidbits:  Adam is Jewish and went to Hebrew school (but he didn’t like it; he got beat up his first day there); Adam has done his fair share of experimenting with drugs, and he even decided to audition on American Idol after a religious experience on shrooms; Kris Allen was the only guy on Idol who melted his butter; and, he’s thinking about maybe one day experimenting sexually with women.  I told you it was a good interview! 

My favorite thing though was his musical likes and dislikes. He likes Goldfrapp and Thievery Corporation (yay!) and hates Nickelback and Creed (double yay!) 

So, Adam Lambert is slowly but surely winning a place in my heart.  After all, it was never him I didn’t like to begin with; it was the judges’ pimping that made it seem like they were having to sell something that people would’ve bought, anyway.
