The judges kept saying to make things your own (to be original) and he HAS! Ok, so the hairstyle was wierd and made us all laugh, but he made it work and brought attention to himself.....he is using his showmanship. He is nervous, young, gutsy, inexperienced and sorta cute too (in his own way). Each week he has done what was asked of every contestant....."come out a little more and make yourself stand out". He has a different style as each of the others do, and while some of the songs, I particulary didnt like (You really got me going - ugh, was the worst) if you listen to the songs he does a really nice job with them. Let up on the kid....so what, he can hula. What's the big issue here?
