American Idol reaches the Top 12, eliminated 4 and watched Carrie Underwood
American Idol trimmed the fat down to six men and six women and there were a couple of shockers.Â
Sabrina Sloan was eliminated and the judges thought she was one of the best female vocalists.
Also Sundance Head didn’t receive enough votes to stay. Some considered him a front runner after his audition.
Joining them are Antonella Barba and Jared Cotter.  But before all of these contestants received the bad news, a former Idol hit the stage to show why she won.

Carrie Underwood performed her new song Wasted. She received the title of American Idol two seasons ago and has arguably been one of the more successful winners.
Her debut album, Some Hearts, has sold more than five million copies. Four of her singles have hit number one on the charts.
And, Carrie recently won two Grammy Awards, including best new artist.
Carrie says it’s always great to come back and meet the new contestants. She also spoke about rumors of her love life.
“It’s actually really weird, but it’s really funny because I like to read and see who I’m dating. I’m actually not dating anybody. I’m single, very single, sadly single. But it’s really interesting to see how people make up who I’m going through pretty quickly it seems.”
Carrie also says she’ll always be grateful and indebted to American Idol and she plans on thanking the people involved with the show until she’s 80-years-old.
Carrie Underwood is not the only idol contestant to visit this season’s crop of singers.Â
A few weeks ago, Jennifer Hudson came to the results show to let the contestants know they don’t have to win the competition to have a successful career in entertainment.

Finally Antonella Barba was voted off the show. She should have been voted off the show last week .. and would have been .. had it not been for those Antonella Barba sex pictures that circulated on the Internet.
The curiosity over those photos kept her on American Idol longer than she otherwise would have been on.
Now she’s free to entertain those offers from Playboy and all the other men’s magazines that want her for a fresh photoshoot. Most everybody have already seen her original pictures on Google or big celebrity adult sites. They are going to want new ones.
At least now maybe American Idol can get back to being a singing competition and not a scandal show.

i think that Sundance Head should get a record deal because he is very good but, he is’t going to because people think he is fat and he is but he is an incredable singer!
