Somebody has to do something about that group “vote for the worst.com”. Sanjaya should never have made it. Also, Sabrina is far better then Haley.

Well, we can all see that the only way Sanjay is staying on is the Indian vote and I think he’s in on it. He has that put on look like he’s so afraid that he’s going to lose and he didn’t even looked suprised this week…. HE REALLY STINKS!!!!

The Special News was that on April 24, American Idol will have a Special Benefit charity fundrasier show to “Give Back” to Africa and American children and other causes. Bono, Annie Lenuex, Qunicy Jones and Pink will guest star, and every vote cast will get counted toward money to be donated by corporate sponsers such as Coke, Ford etc.

Is there really a “vote for the worst.com” group?

  • 6 America Idol Fan // Mar 8, 2007 at 9:19 pm

Yes the vote for the worst “group” helped kevin Covais Last year and kept Sanjaya and Antonella Barba around for more weeks than needed. They have a huge following and support the Worst performers.

How in the world could Sanjaya still be on and Sundance is out? That’s just insane!

  • 8 Dennis // Mar 8, 2007 at 10:09 pm

I’m shocked! Sabrina and Sundance were my favorites!

    I’m really shocked!!

there really is a vote for the worst group of american idol haters. How do you think scott the bott got so far?

  • 10 sasha // Mar 9, 2007 at 12:25 am

I AM SHOCKED AND DISAPOINTED SABRINA AND SUNDANCE ARE SOOOO MUCH BETTER SINGERS THAN SANJAYA AND HALEY. COME ON AMERICA, THIS IS A SINGING CONTEST. GIVE YOUR VOTE TO THOSE THAT ARE REALLY THE BEST NOT THE WORST. ARE YOU TONE DEATH ?

I never knew votefortheworst.com existed. That explains a lot. However, here’s my thoughts on the matter. Sabrina wasn’t competing against 7 other girls, she was competing against 3. Why? Because 4 of the 8 girls, Melinda, Stephanie, Lakisha and Sabrina, sang R&B. Of those 4 girls, Sabrina had the weakest performance and weakest voice. Gina made a serious come through in the clutch singing a song she felt most comfortable with, even though it was pitchy. Antonella was lucky to be there this week anyway. Jordan made a very smart decision to sing a “rock” song, thereby distinguishing herself from the other contestants of color. And Haley… Haley sang a song in her comfort zone too, which is a song that appeals to a major audience in middle America, and adds variety to a group of girls whose cup is half full with R&Bers. Now Jordan has more of a chance than ever because she’s mixed up in the group with the guys, who for the most part stink. Sabrina got eliminated because she couldn’t distinguish herself among her contemporaries. And as much as she can sing, she lacked emotion, looked way too good to win a sympathy vote, and quite frankly, was inconsistent since she broke the top 24. Any thoughts?

I AM SHOCKED, ALTHOUGH I SHOULDN’T BE. SABRINA AND SUNDANCE DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN VOTED OFF. PEOPLE HAVE MADE THIS A CONTEST OF WHO CAN MAKE THE MOST PHONE CALLS. SANJAYA’S FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE PROBABLY VOTING SEVERAL HUNDRED TIMES FOR HIM, BECAUSE IN MY OPINION HE IS NOT A SINGER. IF HE MAKES IT TO THE TOP AND IS CHOSEN AS THE WINNER, HE STILL WILL NOT HAVE A SINGING CAREER. I LOVE SIMON AND HE IS USUALLY RIGHT ON THE MARK WITH HIS COMMENTS, AND RANDY AND PAULA NEED TO BE QUIET AND STOP BUTTING IN TO EVERYTHING HE SAYS.
