On the Next Great American Band the eye candy known Rocket and the Detroit Band The Muggs got voted off Great American Band. The Billy Joel cover songs we the topic for this weeks competition but not for these two bands, and the voting public removed them from the contest
Judge Ian (Dicko) Dickson bashed The Muggs lead singer-guitarist Danny Methric’s vocals: “Danny’s a great guitarist, but the Muggs need a different singer.” You could feel the collective Danny Muggs-style “thumbs down” hand gesture from folks all across Detroit.
Rocket was ousted with a Comment from Judge Dicko as a victim of “Death by Lead Singer”.
There are 8 Bands left in the competition and it’s any body’s ball game.
Did you agree with the voting? Should The Muggs and Rocket been the ones to be voted off? What are your thoughts?

They are right. A lousy singer can ruin a great band. Not to mention being cocky enough to tell the judges they don’t know what they are talking about.
